Refund Policy
Generally, refunds will not be provided for treatments or products purchased at my laser clinic. We will provide refunds of treatments and products where we are required to do so by Australian consumer law.

Refunds for change of mind will not be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. All clients purchasing treatments, you agree to comply and be bound by our cancellation policy.

If you fail to attend your appointment without providing at least 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the appointment cost.

If you have pre-paid for the appointment through purchasing a package and fail to attend the appointment, you may forfeit the treatment from your package.

Pre Paid Treatments & Packages
If you purchase pre paid treatments, you will save an amount according to the prepaid schedule.

Pre-pay treatments are not refundable for change of mind.

Pre-pay treatments are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.

Prepay treatments have a 18 month expiry date from date of purchase

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict refund policy. All clients purchasing packages, you agree to comply and are bound by our refund policy.

Zip Pay Purchases
To Purchase using zip pay, a minimum $150 must be reached with all purchases.

My Laser Gift Vouchers
The following conditions apply to the use of gift vouchers purchased by My laser clinic.

Our gift vouchers:

  • Are redeemable only for products and treatments sold by us and only prior to the expiry date
  • Expire 36 months after the date of purchase and are no longer redeemable after that date
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund.
